China’s expanding engagement with Africa has entered a decisive new phase—this time through health diplomacy rather than infrastructure. China and Africa Strengthen Health Diplomacy delivers a focused intelligence analysis of the three-week public health capacity-building programme jointly launched by China and the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) in Addis Ababa.
